“Stitching Fellowship”

“You are joined together with peace through the Spirit, so make every effort to continue together in this way”.  Ephesians 4:3

(It takes God’s power and our effort to produce a loving Christian community.  Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.)

Inspired by Thessalonians 5:11-23.

Join us for “Stitching Fellowship”

(the 3rd  Monday in each month)

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

At the L. W. Collins Building

Bettis Academy Campus

·        Persons interested in doing handwork (crocheting, cross-stitching, quilting etc.).  Bring along your projects or your ideas to get started.  This will create bonds of  Encouragement, Fellowship and Stitching.

·        This Stitching Fellowship will reunite us with the therapeutic art of stitching and transport us in time to the hands and spirits of our ancestors who were inspired by domestic tranquility.  This fellowship will also give us motivation to pursue our creative artistic talents and gifts.

·        Memorizing a Bible verse for each session will ensure continuity of spiritual emphasis and encouragement.

In Christ,
